Full time (7.5 hours per day), 12-month position available with full benefits. Requires advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other related software. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and meet all other qualifications as listed in the job descriptions including child abuse, criminal history, and FBI clearances. Prior experience working in a school district office preferred. Starting salary $18.16/hour.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and student information systems (e.g., Infinite Campus).
- Strong office administration skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, communication, and maintaining confidential records.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience managing student attendance, enrollment, discipline records, reports, and electronic documents.
- Ability to process deposits, maintain financial records, and support school-related financial transactions.
- Knowledge of student support programs and administrative processes, including attendance, SAP, summer school, parking permits, and student obligations.
- Ability to assist with safety documentation, reporting requirements, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to perform additional duties and responsibilities as outlined in the job description.
