We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management team in the Myrtle Beach area. This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating property-related activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring communities are maintained to high standards.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, residents, vendors, and contractors.

Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Conduct routine property inspections and community walkthroughs.

Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services.

Schedule and oversee contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion.

Maintain accurate records and updates within property management software.

Prepare communications and documentation related to property operations.

Collaborate with office staff to support daily operations and client needs.

Monitor property conditions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities effectively.

Minimum 5 years of property management experience.

Experience using AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel between properties as needed.
