Roland’s is seeking a Front of the House Assistant Manager.
Roland’s is seeking an enthusiastic, go getter to help in the management of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a history of customer service with a can do attitude. Roland’s is focused on the customer and providing great dining experiences. We are looking for team members that can promote a team attitude and enjoyable customer experience. The position will be mainly FOH with a focus on training service staff and improving daily operations. Kitchen experience is a plus. Evening shifts past 11 pm are possible, weekends are mandatory. Must be able to handle check outs and computer POS as well as motivate serving staff in a very busy restaurant setting. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance history a plus.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year working in a high volume restaurant environment
· Knowledge of POS systems, Spot ON
· Knowledge of Food, Beer & Wine
· Experience in customer relations
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Conflict resolution skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
