Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and schedule the FOH staff. Foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-energy team environment.
- Must be able to bartend and serve tables efficiently. Previous bartending experience is required, and candidates should be comfortable managing the bar while providing excellent service on the dining floor.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Proactively handle feedback and resolve any issues with grace and efficiency.
- Operations & Standards: Uphold the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
- Vibe & Culture: Be the face of the restaurant, building rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bartender and Server.
- Strong understanding of restaurant hospitality, operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.
- A passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
