Precast Plus Supply LLC is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Truck Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver precast concrete structures, pipes, frames, grates, and related construction materials to job sites using a 26-foot flatbed truck and a boom truck. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, accurately, and on time.
This is a hands-on position that includes loading and unloading materials, operating a boom truck, securing loads, and providing excellent customer service at delivery locations.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot flatbed truck and boom truck while following all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
- Deliver precast concrete structures, pipes, and other construction materials to local job sites.
- Safely operate the boom crane to load, unload, and place materials at delivery locations.
- Load and unload materials using a forklift, boom truck, or by hand when required.
- Properly secure all loads using straps, chains, and other tie-down equipment.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, logs, and delivery receipts.
- Communicate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers regarding deliveries.
- Assist in the warehouse and yard when deliveries are complete.
- Keep all vehicles clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required if operating within legal limits).
- Experience driving flatbed trucks.
- Ability to safely operate a boom crane for loading, unloading, and placing heavy precast products.
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
- Experience securing heavy loads safely.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
