EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position plays an important part in evaluating psychological needs and supporting consumers through treatment and therapy. The role focuses on assessment, planning, and providing therapeutic interventions to help each person achieve improved functioning.
As a Psychological Services Specialist, you will perform the following duties:

Assessment Duties: Complete psychological evaluations and interpret test results to guide treatment planning

Therapy Services: Provide individual and group psychotherapy using methods suited to each consumer

Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and revise treatment plans

Crisis Planning: Develop crisis and behavioral plans using approved hospital procedures

Program Development: Create and lead therapy programs such as DBT and trauma informed initiatives

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
