As a client service representative/receptionist, your duties will be to shine as a stellar customer service representative focused on positive and memorable client and patient interactions.
Responsibilities:
- handle day to day clerical work
- answer a multi-line phone system along with text messages and email
- record keeping
- handle financial transactions
- support other members of the team

Remember that you are the first and last person the client will usually have contact with at any time.
The position does include some night and weekend hours. Previous veterinary experience is a bonus but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate with a desire to learn and excel.
