We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead swimming pool construction projects from inception to completion. This individual needs to be fluent in both English and Spanish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex infrastructure projects, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and effiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in the swimming pool industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of swimming pool construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately to guide project activities
- Monitor construction site activities for accuracy, effiency, and safety
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, controlling expenses, and implementing cost management strategies
- Proven experience managing complex residential and commercial pool construction projects
- Skilled in construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and blueprint reading
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a construction management role
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of construction scheduling, project coordination, and site supervision techniques

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
