Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their buying needs.
- Ability to stand for long duration, work long hours and no weekends off.
- Maintain sales standards, meeting minimum sales quota
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the dealership
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries
Skills
- 1 year auto sales experience needed
- Strong ability to sell products while providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
