Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare, review, and maintain commercial lending, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory reports, including Call Report schedules, past due reporting, Shared National Credit reporting, Regulation O reporting, and other Credit Risk management reporting requirements.
- Administer loan system maintenance and servicing activities, including charge-offs, loss mitigation, legal workout and REO transactions, risk rating updates, commitment maintenance, billing changes, and related recordkeeping.
- Monitor portfolio credit quality metrics, including non-accrual loans, impaired loans, delinquencies, maturities, unused commitments, and pledged loan collateral, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, data validation, and financial reporting support by researching discrepancies, completing certifications, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of loan and accounting records.
- Coordinate regulatory compliance and reporting activities, including CRA, HMDA, Federal Reserve Borrower in Custody, records retention reviews, and related examinations or reporting submissions.
- Support audits, cross-functional research, process improvement initiatives, and departmental projects by providing documentation, resolving data issues, maintaining procedures, and collaborating with lending, compliance, legal workout, and risk management teams.

Required Skills:
- Knowledgeable in IBS and nCino, is a plus. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, servicing functions, general ledger accounts, reconciliation process and reporting requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong accounting and math skills and the ability to calculate figures such as discount, interest, commissions and percentages.
- Ability to work independently, understand and carry out instructions.
- Ability to organize and prioritize assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting or exceeding deadlines.

- Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a business-related field; prior banking experience a plus. Prior experience supporting commercial lending, general ledger reconciliation, regulatory reporting or Federal Reserve collateral reporting is preferred.
