Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Assistant to join our team and elevate the customer experience in our high-end retail environment. Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through product selections with confidence and enthusiasm
- Manage inside sales transactions using POS systems, handle cash and credit payments accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing showroom displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Collaborate with clients on account management tasks including order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales support
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising principles, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
