Busy café seeking experienced waiters/servers for coffee, drinks and desserts. Our ideal candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience. Must be professional, ready to work at scheduled shift time, in uniform, with neat and presentable appearance. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience waiting tables and serving customers. Job description:
· Greeting customers promptly and in a friendly manner, explaining specials and menu items
· Perform calmly and effectively under pressure
· Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries; communicate with guests clearly, patiently, courteously
· Should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly
· Ability to work with a team and independently
· Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
