Your Impact
Your Role Overview Step into an essential role where you'll play a key part in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our staff and visitors at our facility. Your dedication keeps our workplace safe and welcoming.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive cleaning in various areas including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, lobby, and warehouse spaces.
- Collect and dispose of all trash both inside and outside the facility.
- Clean and sanitize designated areas through mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and window cleaning.
- Manage the removal of corrugated scraps using a compactor.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and prioritize Safety Practices, promptly reporting any deficiencies.
- Work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively across departments.
What We're Looking For:
- High school or equivalent training; at least 6 months of related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions.
- Basic understanding of standardized math processes (counting, addition, and subtraction).
- Attention to detail, adept at organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to walk throughout the office and facility.
- Stand, walk, squat, reach overhead, bend or kneel most of the work shift
- Frequently push/pull/lift and move trash cans/ bags/containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
- This is a warehouse environment where frequently this position will be exposed to cold, hot and changing temperatures; will constantly experience noise at medium level not damaging or loud enough to require protective equipment; will frequently be exposed to dust, dirt and changes in lighting.
