We are seeking a hands-on Beverage Manager who loves hospitality, understands the balance between creativity and profitability, and leads from the floor rather than from behind a desk.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all day-to-day bar operations in a high-volume restaurant and nightlife environment
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop bartenders and bar support staff
- Create a culture of accountability, hospitality, and professionalism behind the bar
- Partner with ownership and leadership on beverage strategy and program execution
- Collaborate on seasonal cocktail development, featured beverages, and menu updates
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase beverage revenue
- Manage ordering, inventory controls, and product pars while minimizing waste
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and brand partners
- Ensure consistency of recipes, presentation, and service standards
- Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing beverage education for the team
- Maintain compliance with all liquor laws, safety standards, and company procedures
- Support floor operations when needed and act as a key member of the leadership team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of beverage leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, cocktail bar, nightlife venue, or hospitality concept
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and contemporary cocktail trends
- Proven experience managing inventories, ordering, and beverage cost controls
- Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of labor management and scheduling
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
