OnRecord Title, a fast-growing title company in Utah, is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Escrow Assistant to join their team in Midvale. They offer a work environment that empowers employees and boasts a founding team with over 100 years of combined real estate & title experience.
What You'll Do: (Do not apply unless you have been an escrow assistant)
- Manage the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring accurate and timely collection and disbursement of documents and funds.
- Review contracts, title reports, and other documents for legal and company compliance.
- Communicate updates on the escrow process to buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents.
- Prepare settlement statements and closing documents for approval.
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and vendors to obtain necessary information.
- Research and resolve any issues arising during the escrow process.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure proper documentation filing.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Prior experience in escrow or title companies.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate math skills.
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and escrow procedures.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high integrity.
- Possess a valid Escrow Producer license.
- Fluency in Spanish, preferred.
