Overview: Washington Courthouse, Ohio based Fiber-Tech Industries (www.fiber-tech.net) is a family-owned company that produces large scale custom designed and cut Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Panels (commonly known as FRP). Fiber-Tech is one of the largest producers of FRP panels in North America.
Position Summary: Fiber-Tech is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with both existing and new customers to ensure a smooth sales process while demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
· Respond to web and phone inquiries
· Quote both existing and new customers
· Sales order entry
· Communicate with customers on order confirmation and status
· Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
Position Qualifications:
· No specific education or experience required
· Good written, computer and verbal communication skills required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desired
· Excellent attention to detail is a must as understanding and entering technical specifications for our products is an important part of the order entry process
· Ability to work with others including senior management, managers, supervisors, office staff and operators in the plant
· Must be a self-starter who can identify needs in the organization and envision, communicate and implement solutions

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
