MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Cybersecurity Analysts to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Guam.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafts and maintains technical documentation for security assessments and prepares Vulnerability Reports for senior review.
Develop and monitor security controls for enterprise systems while ensuring adherence to established standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with technical stakeholders to implement patches and maintain the security posture of organizational assets.
Drafts RMF documentation and updates security records for aerial, ground, and maritime logistics platforms.
Prepare computer access requests and assist in the management of Facility Security Programs.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Midlevel
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Ability to draft technical security documentation and follow complex SOPs.
Junior Level
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Demonstrated foundational knowledge of network security principles, risk assessment methodologies, and cybersecurity defense-in-depth strategies.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
