Job Responsibilities
- Safely transport liquid food products using food-grade tank trailers and dry vans.
- Maintain accurate records of materials and products delivered.
- Accurately maintain hours-of-service records using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) in accordance with federal regulations.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete the required Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) electronically.
- Promptly report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and well-kept truck and equipment.
- Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with customers and while at customer facilities.
- Maintain and provide a current DMV driving record and valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience.
- Must meet company insurance driving requirements.
- Valid CDL Class A and/or Class B license.
- Tanker endorsement required.
- Doubles/Triples endorsement is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a safe driving record with no recent moving or driving violations.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening is required.
