Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff coordination
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Oversee POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company standards
- Handle shift management responsibilities, including scheduling staff and ensuring smooth workflow during busy hours
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a skilled and motivated team
- Monitor food production processes, ensuring quality control in both casual dining and fine dining settings
Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management with a strong background in restaurant operations
- Proficiency with POS systems including Hunger Rush; excellent cash handling skills
- Proven leadership abilities with supervising experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety protocols
- Strong organizational skills for inventory control, budgeting, and food management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, kitchen management, and hospitality standards
