Summary:
Work with MSR valuation partners (Situs and Prestwick) to establish MSR grids for use in pricing both Whole Loan and co-issue (flow MSR) executions. Establish and maintain a co-issue tiered pricing structure. Harvest and analyze the LSEG Advanced Mortgage Analytics data to determine target sellers. Create MSR and Co-issue reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own MSR valuations – working with MSR valuations firms to establish competitive MSRs/SRPs

Administer the SMP, CIX, CRX, PIIT and co-issue direct pricing grids in corresponding GSE systems.

Manage the customer price tiering within the various co-issue executions

Create co-issue reporting

Mine the LSEG AMA data
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

Ability to analyze complex issues.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Understanding of mortgage pricing, product eligibility, and investor guidelines..

Keenly aware of timing to fulfill required deadlines.
