About Neighborhood Sushi
Neighborhood Sushi is bringing an elevated sushi experience to Dallas—blending Japanese-inspired cuisine, Texas hospitality, stunning design, and an energetic atmosphere. We are looking for Servers who can guide guests through our menu and provide a memorable, "neighborhood" experience.
What You’ll Do
- Guide guests through our sushi, nigiri, and cocktail offerings with deep product knowledge.
- Execute precise, thoughtful service that anticipates guest needs before they arise.
- Maintain the flow of the dining room by communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar.
- Build genuine connections with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and well-cared for.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in high-end or full-service dining.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a curiosity for learning about sake and spirits.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift/carry trays (up to 25 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Manual dexterity for precise service (clearing tables, pouring beverages).
