- Support accounts receivable and monthly project billing activities
- Maintain and reconcile inventory records and physical counts
- Assist with construction billing documentation (AIA, lien waivers)
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams on billing and payment issues
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems (Dynamics a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
