Who We Are: "Why can't we find hot chicken in Michigan"? That question is what started the idea of Little Lou's five years ago. Two good friends were determined to bring the best hot chicken to the mitten.
Using our combined 40 years of professional cooking experience and our chef's time spent in Nashville, we created our special twist on an iconic dish.
Little Lou's is now ready to start slinging our delicious, addictive hot chicken everywhere in Michigan. We want to share our love for great quality southern fried chicken with you!
