A Better Way Chiropractic is a fast-growing, family-focused chiropractic practice with four locations in the Houston area. Our mission is simple: help people heal naturally and improve their quality of life through exceptional patient care and education.
We're looking for a highly organized, energetic, and self-motivated Marketing & Patient Engagement Coordinator to help us grow our impact. This isn't a desk job where you'll spend all day making social media posts. You'll play a key role in helping fill our educational workshops, coordinating marketing campaigns, reconnecting with former patients, and creating an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be helping fill our workshops and supporting patient growth across all four clinics.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and promote patient workshops and special events
- Call, text, and email patients to invite them to workshops and events
- Track RSVPs and confirm attendance
- Help manage our marketing calendar and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate social media scheduling and marketing projects
- Collect Google reviews and patient video testimonials
- Contact inactive patients and invite them back into care
- Assist with patient appreciation events and community outreach
- Help organize marketing materials, photos, and videos
- Track campaign results and recommend ways to improve attendance and engagement
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Marketing or event coordination experience
- Sales or patient relations experience
- Experience with social media platforms
- Experience with Canva, email marketing, or CRM software is a plus
