What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a culture where both team members and guests love to be.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing managers and hourly team members
- Creating a positive, accountable, guest-focused culture
- Delivering exceptional food quality, service, and hospitality
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Managing labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant budgets
- Analyzing P&L performance and implementing strategies for continued growth
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and alcohol service standards
- Building lasting relationships with guests and the local community
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven success driving sales, profitability, and operational performance
- Experience managing P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience
