We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and community-driven professional to join our team in a dual role combining administrative support and Local Area Marketing leadership.
Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant & Marketing Manager is a key contributor to both daily operations and enrollment growth. This individual will manage front office responsibilities while leading Local Area Marketing (LAM) efforts to build strong community connections, increase brand awareness, and drive tours and enrollment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing, creative, and thrives in both an office and community-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage daily communications
- Maintain student files to ensure compliance with state (DHS) regulations
- Support enrollment processes including tours, follow-ups, and onboarding paperwork
- Assist with billing support, account inquiries, and ACH documentation
- Manage office organization, supplies, and daily administrative duties
- Support leadership team with scheduling, reporting, and center operations
Local Area Marketing (LAM) & Enrollment Growth
- Plan and execute Local Area Marketing strategies to drive tours and enrollment
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and community organizations
- Coordinate and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach initiatives
- Develop partnerships to generate referrals and corporate relationships
- Organize and promote Open Houses and center events to increase visibility
- Track leads, tour conversions, and enrollment data using CRM systems
- Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective families to convert leads into enrollments
Digital Marketing & Brand Presence
- Manage social media platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content
- Create and post content showcasing classroom activities, events, and center culture
- Support online reputation management by encouraging and responding to reviews
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect Lightbridge Academy’s brand and Core Values
Family Engagement & Experience
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for all families
- Support communication through the Lightbridge Journey app and center messaging
- Assist with planning and executing family events and center initiatives
- Ensure all communications are polished, professional, and aligned with our Circle of Care
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, marketing, or customer service experience
- Experience in community outreach, event planning, or local marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships in the community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in social media and basic marketing strategies
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., LineLeader) is a plus
