We are seeking a Shipping Compliance Supervisor at our Grapevine DFW location to lead outbound accuracy and ensure every shipment meets strict customer and retailer requirements before leaving the facility. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, direct impact on preventing costly chargebacks, and the opportunity to build strong, compliant shipping processes within a growing operation.

Ensure all outbound shipments meet customer and retailer compliance requirements before leaving the facility.

Verify that carton labels, pallet labels, shipping labels, and pallet tags are accurate, legible, scannable, and applied in the required format.

Confirm label placement meets customer and retailer requirements, including correct carton side, pallet side, height, orientation, and visibility.

Verify pallet configuration requirements, including pallet height, pallet type, stacking pattern, overhang, stretch wrap quality, and load stability.

Ensure pallet tags, placards, and other required shipment identifiers are placed according to customer or retailer routing guide requirements.

Review customer-specific routing guides, vendor compliance manuals, and shipping instructions to ensure shipments are prepared correctly.

Confirm required documents, including BOLs, packing lists, shipping labels, ASN-related paperwork, and customer-specific forms, are complete and accurate.

Support the prevention of retail chargebacks by identifying and correcting labeling, palletization, routing, documentation, and loading issues before shipment.

Conduct pre-shipment compliance checks and escalate any non-compliance risks to the Shipping Manager, Quality, or Operations leadership.

Train shipping team members on customer-specific labeling, palletizing, loading, documentation, and retail compliance requirements.

Maintain awareness of customer and retailer requirement changes and help update shipping procedures or work instructions as needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge of retail compliance requirements, customer routing guides, labeling standards, palletization rules, and shipment documentation preferred.

Ability to read and follow customer-specific shipping instructions, vendor manuals, and routing guide requirements.

Strong attention to detail in verifying labels, pallet tags, pallet height, pallet condition, documentation, and load quality.
