Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems such as Toast POS
- Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving change
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Experience with food industry terminology, including food handling, serving, bussing, and hospitality practices
- Strong communication skills to engage guests effectively and promote upselling opportunities

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
