Job Summary
We are looking for an exceptional, A+++ level automotive technician who can run the shop from the ground up. This is not just a wrench-turning role—we need a true leader who can diagnose, repair, manage workflow, and ensure every vehicle and customer experience meets the highest standard.
As a Master Mechanic, you must have an in-depth understanding of all vehicle systems and components. You will also be responsible for maintaining repair shop equipment, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles (domestic, import, and diesel)
- Handle complex electrical, drivability, engine, and transmission diagnostics
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes
- Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and support other mechanic and technicians
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on every repair
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
- Help drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Maintain accurate repair shop records and paperwork
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven “A-level” or Master Technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with no supervision
- Leadership mindset—able to run a shop, not just work in one
- Experience with modern scan tools, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- ASE certifications (or equivalent real-world expertise)
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 – $120,000 annual salary (based on experience)
- Stable, full-time position (Monday-Saturday)
