Broad Based Description:
This individual focuses on promoting our Company and our Company’s products to Architects, Interior Designers, Commercial Contractors & Developers who create & install the interiors for commercial projects in NC, SC, AL & SE TN.
Expected Results:
Develop SE region’s architectural marketing & sales plan
Meet daily, monthly & quarterly sales goals at acceptable margins.
Increase the Company’s sales and profits through specifications.
Increase Architect/Designer awareness of our commercial product selection across your assigned territory.
Be a major contributor to the Traditions in Tile & Stone sales team.
Accountable For:
Reporting
Accurate & timely Sales/Call reports.
Job Tracking.
Expense Reports-provide copies of expense reports to Manager and Finance.
Manage all of these reports on the public Z drive & in PRISM as described by Manager.
Promotion
Stay visible in trade organizations (ASID, NKBA, IIDA, NARI, HBA, etc…).
Network at regional & local events and assist management with company sponsorships.
Assist company in organizing and hosting periodic Customer CEU events.
Organize regular Lunch & Learns at individual firms in an effort to keep the A&D community knowledgeable of current product offerings and trends in tile, stone, glass, etc…
Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
Education
Must have a 4 year degree from an accredited university, preferably an Interior Design/Architectural Degree
Experience
Must understand codes as related to interior finishes
Must have at least two years experience sales/specifying
Skills
Must be able to read blue prints
Sales Training helpful
Knowledge
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
Must be proficient with the Internet and email as a source for information.
Acumatica experience a plus
