Champion Contractors & Services is actively seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand our nationwide commercial roofing and restoration sales team. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented professional who can recruit, train, and drive a team of top producers in a high-growth, event-driven market.

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of team development, revenue growth, and market expansion. You’ll lead from the front—closing major accounts, coaching sales professionals, and setting the tone for excellence, accountability, and winning performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, recruit, train, and mentor a team of outside commercial roofing sales representatives
- Drive business development focused on event-driven (hail, hurricane, and storm) commercial roofing and restoration projects
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Manage pipelines, set performance benchmarks, and monitor team KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients
- Coordinate with estimating, operations, and project management teams to ensure project delivery excellence
- Serve as the face of Champion in your assigned market—representing the brand with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success in outside B2B sales and leadership, preferably in construction, roofing, or restoration
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage high-performing sales teams
- Strong closer with consultative selling experience and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinker capable of driving both short-term results and long-term growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed for business development and team oversight
