No Experience CDL-A Local Driver - Home Daily
Join a steady account running throughout the Inland Empire and LA area, with trucks parked at our Bell Gardens yard. Enjoy a consistent 5-day work week with home time daily — no-touch assist loads and a healthy mix of preloads and live freight keep your week predictable.
Pay & Compensation
- Hourly pay: $19.25/hour
- Stop pay: $18.71 per stop
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,800/week
- Average weekly mileage: 1,000–1,500 miles
Home Time
- Home daily
- 5-day work week — extra work days optional
- Both day and night shifts available
- Schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
Freight & Routes
- Intermodal containers secured on chassis
- Runs across 5 ramps: Long Beach, Los Angeles, Commerce, City of Industry, and Bloomington
- Occasional runs north on the Grapevine through Shafter/Lebec
- Slip-seat account — trucks stay parked at the Bell Gardens yard between shifts
- No-touch assist loads
- Live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook freight
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license, First Seat (experienced), 3-month minimum experience required
- No HAZMAT or additional endorsements required
- Must live within 15 miles of zip code 90201
- Comfortable with auto-dispatch and variable routing — drivers do not choose their own loads
