Uses Epic EMR

Limited time working independently

Active CMD (Certified Medical Dosimetrist) certification required

ARRT certification required

Current BLS (AHA) required

Minimum of 2 years of dosimetry experience required

Active state license required if applicable

Resume must reflect no employment gaps greater than 30 days

2 professional references required: 1 supervisor reference within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference within the last 3 years in the relevant specialty

All certifications must be active at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted
