Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your designated shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees during shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Uphold hospitality standards and create a welcoming environment for guests
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving overall efficiency
Skills:
- Proficiency in Aloha POS system
- Strong inventory management skills
- Experience in food preparation and production
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices
- Ability to conduct interviews and assist in hiring procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
