Qualified drivers must have following Requirements:
* CDL Class A,B with your Passenger and School Bus endorsements - Please do not apply if you do not have a CDL
* Valid DOT Physical/Must pass DOT Drug/Alcohol Testing
* Must complete and PASS Background Check
* Must speak & understand English
* Must be available Sunday -Friday
* Ability to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation

Summary
As a School Bus Driver, you will ensure the safe transport of students to and from school and activities, reporting to the Transportation Supervisor. You will apply core skills in defensive driving,and adherence to traffic laws to maintain a secure, on-time schedule. Your role supports student safety and well-being, leveraging experience with paratransit, quick traffic changes, and customer service to communicate clearly with families and school staff. A CDL with the appropriate endorsements and a DOT physical certification are essential to perform this critical service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate school buses under applicable laws and district policies, ensuring the secure transportation of students to and from designated routes and stops.
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, school staff, and parents; document driving logs and incidents accurately.
