Security Officer
Battle Tested Defense Solutions is seeking disciplined, professional Security Officers who view this profession as more than simply standing a post.
We are not looking for people who want to “work security.” We are looking for individuals who understand that professional security is the proactive management of risk, the protection of people, and the ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional under pressure.
This is a part-time position (10–20 hours per week) with room to grow intended for experienced professionals with verifiablesecurity, military, law enforcement, corrections, emergency services, or closely related backgrounds.
What You’ll Do:
Our officers serve as ambassadors of professionalism while protecting our clients, their guests, and their assets.
Assignments may include:
- High-visibility deterrence patrols
- Access control
- Crowd management
- Customer interaction
- De-escalation
- Incident documentation
- Executive or backstage support
- Emergency response
- Coordination with event/venue staff and public safety agencies
