Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
The position includes:
· Taking part to projects related to customization and localization of complex services and products to business customers in various industries and across different countries;
· Understand, innovate and collect the business needs of internal and external clients working as a liaison among business stakeholders, IT people, third-party vendors and clients in order to analyze, document and validate the business processes
· Support the envisioning process of new products and services whenever the business requirements are not fully clear or placed in a complex scenario;
· Translate business requirements into functional analysis and definition of the Software Requirements Specifications document and other project related documents;
· Test planning, definition of test cases and related documentation, management and execution of user acceptance testing;
· Participation to the pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clients and training to existing clients;
· Assessing business needs (of both existing customers and prospects) and identify/define the optimal business proposal based on the available solutions.
Skills:
· Effective communication skills (written and spoken) and capability to create PowerPoint presentations and product documentation;
· Ability to quickly create trust with both internal and external clients;
· Optimal analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
Essential knowledge and requirements
· Degree in Engineering or Economics;
· At least 2 years working experience in similar roles;
· Solid knowledge of banking/credit union processes.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
