Responsibilities

- Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including deep cleans, laundry services, and specialized sanitation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitor cleanliness standards through regular inspections, addressing any deficiencies promptly to uphold quality expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure smooth workflow.
- Foster excellent customer service by responding to guest or client inquiries professionally and promptly, enhancing overall satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial work, hotel housekeeping management, or hospitality cleaning roles with a focus on team supervision.
- Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and janitorial services.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards.
- Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper management is highly desirable.
