Job Summary
We are is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on team member who combines excellent customer service skills with experience in automotive graphics and vinyl products.
If you love cars, enjoy working with customers, and know your way around vinyl decals, stickers, wraps, and a latex printer, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Help customers select the right products and answer product-related questions
- Assist with orders, quotes, product questions, and customer support
- Prepare and produce vinyl decals, stickers, graphics, and automotive wraps
- Operate and maintain a latex printer/cutter
- Prepare artwork and files for printing and cutting
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with packaging, shipping, and general shop operations
- Help with automotive graphic projects and installations as needed
- Work with our team to develop new automotive products and graphics
Skills:
- Must LOVE cars! Automotive enthusiasm is a big part of this position.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience with vinyl decals, stickers, wraps, or automotive graphics
- Experience operating a latex printer and/or printer/cutter
- Comfortable working with digital artwork and print-ready files
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn new products, equipment, and processes
- Previous experience with Flexi, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar software is a plus
