Shaw Brothers Construction, Inc., one of Southern Maine's leading earthwork and paving contractors, is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated leader who can safely manage crews, coordinate daily operations, and deliver high-quality work on excavation, utility, and site development.
- Supervise and lead construction crews on job sites
- Coordinate daily work activities.
- Read and interpret plans, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers.
- Ensure all work is completed safely.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and equipment.
- Train and mentor.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
