JOB SUMMARY:
Provides support to clients and performs the intake for daily meal program and related services such as maintaining the client database, ensuring up-to-date compliance of various requirements, participating and sometimes leading program outreach, and spearheading the volunteer program. Works collaboratively to serve our mission and is a key ambassador of MOWS.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare meal delivery schedule.
- Perform new client in-take for meal delivery in CRM.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Verify all In-take forms are signed by the client and archived digitally in CRM.
- Ensure compliance with partner programs.
- Track delinquency rate and take a proactive approach to reducing outstanding accounts including contacting delinquent account owners for payment
- Create monthly report of meal counts, clients, demographics, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience coordinating programs.
- Strong partner and team player.
- Experience providing direction and guidance to those not under direct supervision.
SCHEDULE: 12:00 - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
