Rise Up Rehab, LLC is an outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist** to perform supervisory visits. Position is consistennt PRN with 5-10/visits per week (more if wanted).

- Current license as a Physical Therapist
- Familiarity with Net Health (Optima) for documentation is a plus, but training is available.
