Provide courteous, friendly service to guests and coworkers

Clean and service approximately 12 guest rooms per day

Perform deep cleaning of rooms as needed

Report guestrelated issues to the supervisor promptly

Assist with cleaning and maintaining balconies when requested

Help with additional room assignments as needed

Return keys and report to the supervisor at shift end

Maintain housekeeping cart in a neat and orderly fashion

Follow all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Assist fellow housekeeping team members as needed

Support positive guest experiences through prompt and efficient service

Perform related housekeeping duties as requested

Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to work well with other departments, guests, and management

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Clear verbal communication in English

Professional, confident, and wellgroomed presentation
