Mail Dispatch is hiring two individuals: We are looking for an AM and PM Operations Supervisor who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you are someone who takes initiative, works well in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and help ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday Through Saturday Availabilitiy
- Schedule may vary based on business needs
What You Will Do
- Lead the day-to-day dispatch, planning, and delivery operations.
- Support and coach team members to help them succeed.
- Ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Coordinate daily workflows and keep operations running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues and make decisions to keep work moving.
- Maintain operational records and complete required reporting.
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and overall team performance.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
What You Will Bring
- Some college preferred.
- At least one year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in logistics, transportation, mail services, distribution, warehouse operations, or a similar industry.
- Previous experience leading teams in a fast-paced work environment.
