We are a locally owned, 32-bed assisted living community dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, family-like environment. We're looking for a dependable and caring Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Position: Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
- Implement medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health and communicate changes to there providers.
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain medical records.
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support and supervise resident care to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to exceptional resident care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
