Overview
Lee & Associates Charlotte is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to support our commercial real estate brokerage team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate, associate degree recipient, or other motivated candidate interested in learning the commercial real estate business. Prior industry experience is not required, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM records, transaction files, contact lists, and internal tracking tools
- Enter, organize, research, and verify property, ownership, tenant, and market information
- Track and record comparable sales and lease transactions
- Format and proofread reports, presentations, marketing materials, correspondence, and transaction documents
- Prepare meeting materials, call sheets, prospect lists, property information, and tour materials
- Assist with scheduling, email campaigns, social media, listing materials, events, and general office organization
- Support the brokerage team with recurring administrative and business-development tasks
As knowledge and experience develop; assist with transaction documents, critical dates, due diligence, client reports, market briefings, property research, and communication with transaction participants
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Basic experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, research, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to follow established processes
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, effort, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, ask questions, receive feedback, and apply what is learned
- Professional demeanor and genuine interest in commercial real estate
Preferred Qualifications
- Office, internship, administrative, research, or customer-service experience
- Experience with CoStar, Mailchimp, DocuSign, CRM software, or real estate practices
- Interest in obtaining a North Carolina real estate broker license

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
