Work Location: Client Homes (Home, Apartment, IDL, or place the client consider it home)

Duties & Care Plan Execution:

Execute client-specific Care Plans provided by healthcare professionals.

Perform personal care duties: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, and toileting.

Execute safe transfer methods and range-of-motion exercises.

Manage light housekeeping: dishwashing, bed linens, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization.

Provide client transport for appointments, shopping, and errands.

Maintain accurate care documentation and report health/behavior changes promptly.
Mandatory Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Active NC CNA License with zero adverse registry findings.

Minimum 1 year full-time direct patient care experience (facility or agency).

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and dependable personal vehicle.
