We are a trucking company specializing in Heavy Haul and Oversize/Overweight freight, looking for a skilled, safety-driven CDL-A driver with real experience operating RGN / lowboy equipment in OSOW operations.
This position is for an experienced OTR driver who understands the demands of hauling oversized and heavy equipment using a 7-axle RGN setup. This is not a standard dry van, reefer, or basic flatbed position. We need a professional driver who knows how to follow permits, secure heavy equipment properly, communicate clearly, and operate with discipline on the road.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands permit routing, respects safety requirements, and can stay out over the road consistently.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate a 4-axle tractor with a 3-axle RGN / lowboy setup
- Haul oversized, overweight, and heavy equipment freight
- Properly load, chain, bind, strap, tarp, and secure freight
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Read, understand, and follow OSOW permits, routing, restrictions, curfews, and escort instructions
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, shippers, receivers, and pilot cars
- Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, BOLs, permits, and delivery documentation
- Inspect securement throughout the trip and make adjustments when needed
- Operate safely in all 48 states, with most freight moving through the Midwest and Southern regions
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Must pass DOT drug screening
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable OSOW / heavy haul experience preferred
- Verifiable RGN, lowboy, and oversize hauling experience required
- Minimum 2 years of OTR driving experience preferred
- Must be able to stay OTR for 3 - 4+ weeks at a time consistently
- Must be experienced with chains, binders, straps, tarps, ramps, and heavy equipment securement
- Must be able to read and follow permit routes and OSOW instructions
- Must understand bridge laws, axle weight awareness, curfews, escort requirements, and route restrictions
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Clean MVR preferred
- No DUIs or drug-related offenses
- TWIC card preferred but not required
