The Opportunity
We are hiring full-time Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our team.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. You will learn how to communicate with homeowners, present our products and services, build trust, overcome objections, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. Whether your long-term goal is to become a top-producing sales representative, move into leadership, or build a future in business, this position gives you a strong foundation.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with potential customers and deliver professional, engaging sales presentations
- Learn our proven sales process, products, and services
- Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and skill development
- Build strong customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-through
- Work with the team to create a positive, competitive, growth-focused culture
- Develop leadership skills and help support newer team members as you advance

Compensation & Rewards
- $20/hour base pay
- Uncapped commission
