I opened my agency in 2026 and am excited to build a growing team from the ground up. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building lasting relationships. I'm a graduate of the University of Arkansas, grew up in the Ozarks, and enjoy running, exercising, spending time outdoors, and following sports.
As a new agency, I'm looking forward to becoming actively involved in the community and building strong relationships with the people and organizations we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Luke Hanson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
